Currently serving as the Director of Contracts at HighPoint Digital, Wayne Hull brings over two decades of leadership in federal purchasing, contracts and compliance. Since joining HighPoint in 2018, Wayne has been instrumental in shaping the company’s contracting strategy, ensuring alignment with federal regulations, and driving operational excellence across all contract management functions.

With a career spanning senior management roles at Primescape Solutions, TRW, ManTech SMA, Northrop Grumman, and TASC, Wayne has consistently demonstrated expertise in contract leadership, management, proposal development, negotiation, contract administration, and closeout; and implemented several contract management systems. Wayne has led CPSR audits and Purchasing System approvals.  He has led high-performing teams of contract professionals and continues to serve as a key advisor to executive leadership.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from William & Mary and is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail, strategic foresight, and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. His commitment to integrity and collaboration makes him a trusted partner in advancing HighPoint’s mission to deliver innovative solutions to government clients. Outside of his professional role, Wayne enjoys spending time with family, reading especially history, and outdoor activities.
