Prior to joining HighPoint Digital in 2022, Dhir served as a Senior DevSecOps Architect at ECS within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he led mission-critical projects ensuring the security and efficiency of government systems. His tenure at DHS showcased his ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Dhir’s dedication to technological advancement extends beyond positions he held within the federal agencies. He was a Senior Director of IT at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS), where he shaped IT strategies to meet the evolving needs of the banking sector. This multifaceted experience uniquely positions Dhir to lead HighPoint Digital in its mission to drive innovation and strategic growth.

As the Chief Strategy and Technology Officer, Dhir will leverage his diverse background to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, driving HighPoint Digital’s vision forward.
