As Program Director at HighPoint Digital, Philip Helbling has led delivery and strengthened program performance across the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) STORES program, supporting a large stakeholder community and mission-critical operations.

Philip brings extensive experience spanning leadership, project management, and training, with expertise in program management, audit readiness, requirements gathering and analysis, and process improvement (CMMI). He has in-depth knowledge of application life cycle management and deploying major releases effectively and smoothly.

Philip holds a Master of Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and maintains an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
