As a Project Manager at HighPoint Digital, Odell Wilson leads training delivery and business development efforts, oversees cross-functional teams of designers, developers, subject-matter experts, and administrators, and partners closely with client stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and quality standards. A retired Navy veteran, Odell spent 20 years serving as a Cryptologic Technician and Training Officer across overseas and stateside duty stations.

Odell has extensive experience designing and delivering learning solutions, leading complex projects, and building high-performing teams in fast-paced, mission-focused environments. He also identifies and pursues new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development and responses to RFPs, and conducts post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and strengthen continuous improvement.

Previously, Odell held leadership roles spanning government contracting and global industry, where he managed worldwide curriculum strategy, faculty operations, and training effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he led instructor teams, designed new-hire programs, and facilitated web-based training for distributed audiences.

Odell holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Strayer University and is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
