As Chief Human Resources Officer, Kristen Mullins leads HighPoint’s ongoing efforts to build an elite team of citizen experience professionals. She oversees all people functions of the organization including compensation, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and benefits. Kristen is also the executive sponsor of the company’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Kristen is a government contracting organization veteran of over 20 years. Before joining HighPoint in 2018, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Oceus Networks, and has also held senior-level human resources roles at Grant Thornton LLP and L-3 Communications.

Kristen is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Global Remuneration Professional, and Certified Compensation Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
