Prior to joining HighPoint in 2025, Kieran held key financial roles at Maximus and General Dynamics Information Technology, where he led initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. His expertise in navigating the intricacies of public sector finance positions him as a strategic partner in advancing HighPoint’s mission to deliver innovative digital solutions to clients.

Kieran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate’s degree from Montgomery College. His leadership is defined by analytical rigor and a commitment to financial integrity.
