HighPoint Global Acquires Primescape Solutions to Enhance Citizen Experience Capabilities

Combined company positioned to help government agencies manage entire citizen experience.

Reston, VA – Oct. 23, 2017 – HighPoint Global®, the citizen experience companyTM, today announced the acquisition of Primescape Solutions, a Herndon, VA-based company that helps government agencies achieve their digital transformation goals with services including software development, data services, and interactive content.

The transaction combines two highly complementary businesses. HighPoint Global provides a range of services designed to improve the citizen experience (CX), such as contact center optimization, training for customer service professionals, quality assurance, journey mapping, and IT infrastructure support, whereas Primescape Solutions supports this same goal through digital strategies, software development, and data management. The combined company provides support for the full range of citizen touchpoints with government including websites, mobile apps, video, social media, and call centers.

HighPoint’s federal customers include the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Primescape Solutions’ customers include the Department of Treasury, Department of Health and Human Services, Defense Logistics Agency, Department of State, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.  The combined annual revenue of the company will be approximately $140M, with over 90 percent of the work as a prime contractor.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Arena Strategic Advisors LLC and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP advised HighPoint in this transaction. Primescape Solutions’ advisors included Bluestone Capital Partners and Holland & Knight LLP.
