HighPoint Digital Promotes Joan Bishop to Senior Vice President, Health

Bishop to oversee health sector operations and drive growth in federal health market

Herndon, VA – March 21, 2023 – HighPoint Digital, a provider of IT and customer experience services for government agencies, announces the promotion of Joan Bishop to Senior Vice President, Health. In this new role she will oversee the strategy and operations of the team providing service to HighPoint’s federal health clients and will leverage the  experience and success in the sector to expand the company’s work.

Since joining the company in 2021, Bishop has used her three decades of federal contracting experience to expand the existing health portfolio of contract vehicles and task orders as well as win new work within existing health clients. She oversaw the successful recompete of work at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and ensured teams were awarded exceptional CPARs ratings. Bishop is active in the government IT community supporting the AFCEA Bethesda chapter and the Professional Services Council (PSC). She currently serves as the president of the HIMSS NCA chapter and has been named a FedHealthIT 100 Leader for the past two years.
