As the Director of Human Resources, Benefits & Compliance at HighPoint Digital, Donna leads HR strategies that advance the company’s mission, strengthens employee well-being through comprehensive benefits programs, and ensures regulatory compliance. With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, Donna works closely with the executive team to ensure HR initiatives are thoughtfully aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of HR disciplines, including benefits administration, compensation design, compliance oversight, employee relations, payroll management, and talent acquisition. Known for developing scalable HR frameworks, she drives growth and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Before joining HighPoint Digital, Donna held senior HR leadership roles at LEDVANCE, Inc. and BHI Senior Living, Inc., where she managed HR operations for workforces exceeding 900 employees across multiple locations. In these roles, she led strategic initiatives focused on workforce planning, employee engagement, and process optimization, consistently driving improvements in employee satisfaction and organizational performance.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, Indiana, and is CompTIA-certified in Project Management, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Donna enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and attending local events and festivals. She also enjoys reading, walking, swimming, and tackling a variety of DIY projects.
