Cicily Allen is the Director of Human Resources, Employee Relations at HighPoint Digital, where she leads strategic HR initiatives that foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and operational excellence. With over 12 years of dedicated service to HighPoint, Cicily has been instrumental in shaping the company’s people-first approach and driving employee engagement. She partners closely with the executive team to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support high-performing teams.

Her career spans human resources, operations, and training, with previous roles at Covance and Eli Lilly. Cicily brings deep expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and talent development, and is recognized for her commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

She holds a degree from International Business College. Outside of work, Cicily enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through fitness, traveling (especially to destinations near water) and being involved with her church family.
