Chris Theoharis serves as Program Director at HighPoint Digital, bringing over a decade of experience leading complex federal IT programs that combine service delivery, change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, Chris leads a team supporting IT service desk operations, training, analytics and reporting, systems assurance, IT governance and grants policy for the Department of State’s federal assistance management systems.

Since joining HighPoint, Chris has helped strengthen program management, governance and delivery by implementing project management, agile best practices and human-centered design, modernizing program communications and evolving the change management function to drive process improvement. Chris contributes to HighPoint’s continuous improvement, compliance and growth efforts, and brings a collaborative, adaptable leadership style that empowers teams while navigating complex and dynamic customer environments.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, with Distinction, from the University of Virginia and maintains active certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Agile Leadership (CAL-1). Chris is an avid outdoorsman, surfer and waterman, a devoted student of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and judo, and loves spending time with his wife Sarah and their three children.
