As Vice President of Information Technology at HighPoint Digital, Chris Baugh leads enterprise technology strategy, governance, and delivery across infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and IT operations. He focuses on driving digital transformation, strengthening security posture, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity, including over a decade in senior leadership roles. Before joining HighPoint, he held leadership positions at Steak ‘n Shake Enterprises and Finish Line, where he managed nationwide IT operations, compliance programs, and vendor ecosystems.

Chris holds a BS in Computer Technology from Ball State University and maintains certifications including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP, and Certified CMMC Professional (CCP). Known for forward-looking leadership and a philosophy that “when those around him succeed, everyone succeeds,” he empowers teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that create meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, catching a good movie, and continually seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
