Empowering Data Collection for Treasury
Empowering Data Collection for Treasury
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) within the U.S. Department of the Treasury needed to save time and money and simplify processes for the inspection of banks nationwide. They needed to identify and replicate best practices to help ensure national and federal savings associations operate in a safe and sound manner.
HighPoint performed a wide variety of services for the OCC to achieve these goals. HighPoint provided a detailed business intelligence canvas of attributes, properties, and potential events that might be affected. HighPoint then conducted technology market research, including identifying and prototyping industry best practices, to assist the OCC in making the best choices for the agency’s needs. HighPoint recommended relevant and effective continuous process improvement initiatives and provided end-to-end re-engineering, monitoring, and administrative support for data, data marts, databases, and analytics.
