Ansley Jones Colby serves as the Principal Program Director and Senior Director of Operations at HighPoint Digital, where she leads strategic operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts in support of the company’s growth and mission delivery. In this role, Ansley oversees process optimization and program management, while also supporting business development, strategic partnerships, and client engagement across the organization.

With deep expertise spanning executive strategy, communications, government relations, public affairs, and business development, Ansley brings a results-driven approach to helping organizations grow and operate more effectively. Prior to joining HighPoint Digital in 2019, Ansley held executive leadership roles, including serving as a principal consultant, founder, and chief executive officer. Her experience spans nonprofit leadership, corporate strategy, public affairs, and federal government service, with previous roles supporting organizations such as the Office of the President and Vice President at the White House, Department of Defense, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and U.S. House of Representatives.

Ansley holds an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Furman University. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
